My Thoughts About the Book:
Absolutely could not put this book down. After the first couple of chapters I was completely hooked and found myself trying to figure out what would happen next…never in a million years did I see how they would get to the end of the whirlwind romance of Ty Porter and Celia Park. I’ve read all of Becky Wade’s books and I can tell you this– I liked all of them, but this one, Meant to Be Mine, has captured my heart.
There were several times throughout the book where I just had to stop and catch my breathe. The intensity of the storyline was so real that I had to catch myself and reassure myself that they weren’t real. It’s funny, but it’s true. I love the heart warming and charming Ty Porter and the down to earth and completely quirky Celia Porter. Bravo Becky Wade, bravo, this is an incredible book. I can’t wait to see what stories and adventures you come up with next.
About the book:
Meant to Be Mine
The next morning they wake to a marriage certificate and a dose of cold reality. Celia’s ready to be Ty’s wife, but Ty’s not ready to be her husband. He’s a professional bull rider, he lives on the road, and he’s long planned to settle down with the hometown girl he’s known since childhood.
Five and a half years pass. Celia’s buried her dreams so that she can afford to raise her daughter. Ty’s achieved all of his goals. Or thought he had, until he looks again into the eyes of the woman he couldn’t forget and into the face of the child he never knew he had.
How much will Ty sacrifice to win back Celia’s trust and prove to her that their spontaneous marriage can still become the love of a lifetime?
